Furtado Farms Pecan BBQ Wood Pellets create a sweet and nutty smoke flavour that is strong enough to stand up to beef, yet mild enough to work well with pork and poultry. Great on briskets, pork shoulders, butts and hams.

This is hickory's sweeter, milder and less bitter sibling.
