Furtado Farms Apple Cookwood Chunks will be your Charcoal BBQ’s best friend. By just adding a chunk or two to hot coals you can create a mild sweet fruity smoke that provides a great smoke ring and colour to meat.

Apple is great with pork and poultry, and the sweetness and smoke produces a great bark on meats.
